In our busy lives, so many things can contribute to this, and through our holistic approach, we aim to educate, empower and ease the mind and body.
Dr Nirja Joshi, GP and wellness expert specialises in education surrounding stress and burnout, also understanding the physical manifestations of acute and chronic stress. She will help you to understand the impact of stress on your body and mind and how to look after your overall health.
Holistic Wellness Coach Boo Kartawick with over 7 years of movement teaching experience will take you through
holistic stress relieving practices like breathwork, restorative yoga poses and energetic work.
Together, we hope this workshop will equip you with the tools to take into this busy winter season, to avoid overwhelm and prevent burnout.
