Boo Kartawick is trained in Hatha, Dynamic (Power), Vinyasa, Restorative, Elemental Flow and Yin yoga, in addition to Pilates.
She is known for her high energy, strong vinyasas, and intense pilates classes. Boo has worked with clients including Adidas, South Kensington Club, ASOS, Soho House and Bamford.
She is the founder of MMM (Manifestation, Movement, Meditation) - a style of mindset and movement resetting that involves assisted stretching and massage.
Being a thoroughbred health nut, Boo is deepening her passion for health by studying Nutrition at the Royal Society of Public Health, & Elite Personal Training with mental health.
When not twisting on the mat, Boo can be found sipping negronis, going to other teachers' classes, and exploring the London food scene!
Likes: Neuhaus Chocolates, reading in cafes, partying!, lunch with my girlfriends, political debates, skiing, country walks, drinking coffee and cocktails in the sunshine and a good sourdough
