Let's get to know each other...

My name is Boo. I've been practicing yoga for just under 10 years and teaching for 5 years.


I initially trained in "Hatha" Yoga in the rolling Tuscan hills.  My fellow trainees and I learned the techniques of leading dynamic and slower classes; dissecting the individual poses to truly understand their benefits and alignment. We delved into yogic philosophy, meditation, pranayama healing modalities and basic Ayurvedic teachings and therapy. This trip to Italy changed my life. 

From here I began teaching straight away! Amy Clay (Amy's Ashram) was my guiding light; teaching me how to teach and LIVE non-judgementally and to truly and bravely love deeply from my heart centre ♥️

After travelling to teach in a surf town in Morocco and the Andalusian desert in Spain, I moved to London.

Here I trained in Restorative, Yin and Elemental Flow Yoga, as well as Pilates.


I'm currently studying advanced anatomy and advanced Pilates, in addition to Nutrition from the Royal Society of Public Health, & Elite Personal Training with mental health. At the end of 2022, I will be offering Holistic Wellness Coaching.

Likes: Neuhaus Chocolates, reading in cafes, lunch with my girlfriends, political debates, skiing, country walks, drinking coffee and cocktails in the sunshine, sourdough and crumpets, fresh flowers over oxygen rich plants at home!

Dislikes: Bad manners, stress, short days, unripe avocados, bitter coffee and injuring myself!
