Service Description
Join us for a 2 hour workshop aimed at understanding and learning to combat stress. In our busy lives, so many things can contribute to this, and through our holistic approach, we aim to educate, empower and ease the mind and body. Dr Nirja Joshi, GP and wellness expert specialises in education surrounding stress and burnout, also understanding the physical manifestations of acute and chronic stress. She will help you to understand the impact of stress on your body and mind and how to look after your overall health. Holistic Wellness Coach Boo Kartawick with over 7 years of movement teaching experience will take you through holistic stress relieving practices like breathwork, restorative yoga poses and energetic work. Together, we hope this workshop will equip you with the tools to take into this busy winter season, to avoid overwhelm and prevent burnout.

Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy No Refunds: No refunds will be given if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session. However, you may rearrange the session within a reasonable time frame or gift it to a friend or family member to take your place. ​​ Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled if cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance. Contact Boo to arrange a new time. Health and Safety Allergies and Sensitivities: You must notify Boo of any allergies before your session, including food, skin, and environmental allergies. Essential oils (e.g., Bergamot) and base oils (e.g., almond) are used in most sessions. If you need alternative creams, lotions, or oils, or prefer to practice without them, please inform Boo in advance. ​​ Scent Sensitivities: Please inform Boo of any sensitivities to certain smells before your session. ​​ Hands-On Adjustments: Most classes involve hands-on touch and/or massage. If you do not want any hands-on touch or adjustments, please make this clear before the session. If at any point during the session you are uncomfortable with any touch or adjustment, communicate this to Boo immediately. Boo will stop immediately and will not take offense or be upset. Consent will be asked (unobtrusively) throughout the entire session. ​​ Health Concerns: Please inform Boo of any known health concerns, issues, pregnancy, or injuries before the session, if you feel that they may affect or need to be addressed within the session. You do not need to tell Boo anything that you do not want to, however to maintain your physical and mental safety it is helpful for Boo to know about possible contradictions before the session starts so that Boo can potentially adjust the session to make you feel your best. Boo is not a doctor or licensed healthcare professional and takes no responsibility for your health before, during or after the session booked. By booking a session, you accept full responsibility for your own health.
